Technology designing

Getting the stereotomy foreseen by architect designer supposes to establish individually the fixing system by technology designing.

As part of technology designing are included as a rule:

• establishing the suitable fixing system
• standard details of the system
• special details requested by characteristic feature façade
• structure fixing system
• determinations regarding the component of fixing system and quantities for each component depending on cladding characteristics and local wind conditions
• procedures / technologies of materials’ preparation, after case
• mounting procedures / technologies
• special or specific procedures / technologies for some fixing system components
• tools and devices for mounting

Elaboration of technology documentation according to the above mentioned is made particularly for each application as its complexity and characteristic features.

To carry out technology designing and to estimate an objectif the work project is neded as starting point ( stereotomies and façade sections ) as well as data of:

• cladding material, dimensions, characteristics
• kind of desired fixing of cladding material on fixing system ( visible or concealed )
• distance from wall of building to proper cladding ( or from other supporting area )
• kind of wall ( or supporting area ) concrete, brick, efficient brick, BCA, panels, metallic confections ...
• positioning of windows, doors, other elements breaking the cladding, the foreseen details related to these
• any other characteristic features resulted from theme of architect designer, specialized designer, general contractor
